Intro to Second Series Workshop
Ashtanga Yoga’s Second Series, called Nadi Shodhana, works to cleanse the nervous system through a series of rigorous strength, backbending, twisting and hip opening postures. This class makes the challenging postures of the Intermediate series accessible and approachable to all interested practitioners. The inspired beginner will find easy, fun and approachable techniques to some of Ashtanga yoga’s most challenging postures, while the avid practitioner and seasoned veteran will find new techniques to inspire their practice to new levels of precision. Prior experience with Ashtanga yoga recommended.
