When strength and openness work together, heart opening becomes steady, spacious, and sustainable.

Instead, activating the glutes can be helpful for support and stability once the movement pattern of spinal extension is already activated.

Using Dhanurasana as our reference, we explore how to open the front body while maintaining support through the spine, breath, and nervous system. This class emphasizes patience over depth.
